AllianceChicago is back with another opportunity for Community Health Centers (CHCs) to gather with one another and with researchers studying health topics and care delivery strategies of relevance to CHCs, to hear about this research and share in discussions of specific ways it can be applied in community-based primary care.
In this highly interactive, complimentary in-person workshop, attendees will have the opportunity to build skills and network with like-minded colleagues to:
- Learn about a systematic process for guiding implementation of research findings into practice
- Participate in interactive group training exercises and collaborate on strategies to implement research findings to improve health outcomes
- Hear about new evidence to address high priority areas in community health, including:
o Pediatric and Family Safety
o Remote Blood Pressure Monitoring
o Food as Medicine
